In the morning you can choose from an extensive gourmand breakfast buffet
with organically produced local products,
fresh fruit and a wide choice of teas and infusions.
Several times a week we offer champagne breakfast and special breakfast for late risers. Egg dishes a la minute.
Each night we serve a five-course dinner with a choice of three dishes (also vegetarian)
all coming with a wide selection of salads, crudités and an extensive cheese board with Chutney’s, Jelly’s and a lot of little culinary surprises.
Every week a Candlelight dinner with welcoming cocktail, romantic evening with starters - and dessert buffet and an original “farmer’s buffet” from the region.
Skiers buffet from 3pm until 5pm with 2 types of soups and a solid “Marend from the Paznaun” (typical hearty snack).
Organic food from mother earth
Meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, herbs and roots from the Alps – the majority of the plats which are prepared by our chef in the hotel Piz Tasna in Ischgl, are made out of bio-products from the farmers of Ischgl and Galtür and selected suppliers.
This high quality standard provides a healthy and well-balanced diet.
