Bioroom sauna
The classical Finnish bio-room-sauna exists of two basic elements: the heating and the cooling.
Here, the change is extreme between both stimulus: In the Finnish sauna the air is very hot (80-100 degrees centigrade) and the water for the cooling very cold. The dryness of the air is typical and necessary – without this dryness the heat would be unbearable. In spite of the extreme contrasts the Finnish sauna is warmly recommended by doctors to a wide target group, not only for its steely characters but also for being relaxing. Here in the Hotel Piz Tasna we call it the “Stubensauna”.
After having a been in the sauna you can refresh yourself at our tea-bar and recharge your batteries.
