    The anticipation of relaxed holidays is rising and we are looking forward to experiencing the Tyrolean winter with you! The well-being of you and our employees is always our highest priority. In order to protect our health, we will comply with all legally prescribed behavioural measures and regulations.

    For all mountain summer bookings made until the end of August 2020 we guarantee a free cancellation or rebooking up to 48 hours before arrival.


    You have the option of taking a travel insurance at any time. Whether directly with the booking via our booking button or afterwards as described below.

    Our experience shows that things do not always turn out as expected. To avoid unnecessary fees and anger, we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Insurances from the European Travel Insurance. Take out your protection against cancellation, termination and helicopter rescue costs through the Hotel Cancellation Plus or cover additional accidental costs through the Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance.     Though still existing pandemic status the European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness since May 29th 2020. Detailed information on this courtesy you will find here.


    Depending on the situation, we, as a hotel, will of course also act accommodatingly. Our refunds come into effect when the respective government issues travel warnings for Ischgl/Tyrol with subsequent obligatory quarantine after an Ischgl holiday.
    Only the failure to travel due to subjective feelings (fear, caution or similar) does not justify a refund from the hotel.


    The negative Covid-19 notification, which is to be presented upon arrival, is currently still a 'recommendation' or voluntary.

    We, as a hotel will prove you that all our staff are regularly tested and that we will not impose any obligations on our guests that deviate from the official regulations or impose additional obligations.

    Mouth & nose protection is currently mandatory in all public places. In the cable cars, buses, restaurants etc. as well as in the entire hotel until you have taken your seat. So-called 'buffs' can be worn when skiing as a great alternative to mouth and nose protection. We will inform you about the availability of these buffs.

    In a time marked by uncertainty and changing information, we assure you that we will be your contact for all your questions. All legally prescribed behavioural measures and regulations are observed and we do everything possible to protect your health and safety. At the same time, however, we would like to react very flexibly to restrictions or relaxations in the individual areas and reserve the right to make any changes.

    • Our understanding of cleanliness requires basic cleaning and disinfection of the entire surface as well as disinfection with proven viricidal effectiveness.
    • Contact surfaces are regularly disinfected. 
    • Appropriate markings ensure a minimum distance of 1 meter in all areas.
    • The possibility of hand disinfection is guaranteed in all public areas.
    • There is a limit on the number of persons, adapted to the premises.
    • Individual notices politely point out rules of conduct per area.
    • Protective screens are installed at all buffet areas.
    • All employees wear mouth-and-nose protection and adhere to our strict Corona house rules for employees.
    • All employees are sustainably trained in their field of activity and are informed about changes on a daily basis.
    • Mouth and nose protection masks are available for purchase.
    • We ask you to always follow the instructions of our employees.


    We are always available to answer your questions, whether before, during or after your stay.

    • Travel comfortably by car or train, but please inform yourself in advance about any border barriers or country-specific regulations.
    • If you feel ill in any way, please stay at home.
    • We ask for your understanding that we cannot consider special room requests at present.


    Highest cleanliness in all hotel areas is our priority.

    • Your room will be made available for you after thorough cleaning and disinfection, so we politely ask you to leave your room when it is being cleaned and disinfected. 
    • Disinfectant is available in your room and in all public areas.


    All areas of our wellness area are carefully cleaned. Corona viruses do not survive at high temperatures or in chlorinated water.

    • We kindly ask you to keep a minimum distance of 1 metre and a maximum number of persons in the sauna area as well as in the fitness room and to wash your hands regularly or to disinfect them.
    • The use of the loungers is only permitted with the use of a bath towel.
    • Also in the water a maximum number of persons is allowed to keep the minimum distance of 1 meter.
    • Our steam bath will remain out of operation for hygienic reasons for the time being.


    After relaxing days with us at the Hotel Alpvita Piz Tasna, we kindly ask you to settle your bill by card if possible.

    • To avoid queues and crowds, feel free to pay your bill on the evening prior to departure. 
    • Please continue to adhere to the rules concerning hygiene and social distancing after check-out.
