Our measures for a safe holiday.
In a time of uncertainty and changing information, we assure you that we are the point of contact for all your questions. All legally prescribed behavioural measures and regulations are observed and we do everything to protect your health and safety. At the same time, however, we would like to react quite flexibly to restrictions or relaxations in the individual areas and reserve the right to make all changes.
THE MOST IMPORTANT AT A GLANCE
- Current entry requirements for Austria
- 3G rule applies for entering Austria: vaccinated twice, recovered or tested
- 72h validity for PCR test; in case of unavailability also an antigen test is valid (only 24h valid)
- as of 16th April the mask obligation in indoor areas is lifted
An FFP2 mask is currently compulsory in public transports, as well as in food retail outlets, petrol stations with associated food sales outlets and at doctors'/pharmacies & banks/post offices.

Cancellation conditions winter 2021/2022
- up to 1 month before the arrival date: a cancellation free of charge is possible
- 1 month up to 1 week before the arrival date: we charge 70% of the total price of the package.
- In the last week prior to the arrival date: we charge 90% of the total price of the package.
- We charge the entire booked package price for no-shows and early departures.
OUR GUARANTEE - ADJUSTMENT OF THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
We, as a hotel, are of course accommodating according to the respective situation. Our cancellation conditions will be adjusted to the Covid-19 situation in the respective period. If the respective government issues travel warnings for Ischgl/Tyrol with subsequent obligatory quarantine after an Ischgl holiday, a free rebooking is possible up to 5 days before arrival. Only the failure to start a journey due to subjective feelings (fear, caution or similar) does not justify a refund on the part of the hotel.

Hygiene agreement

- Our understanding of cleanliness requires comprehensive basic cleaning and disinfection with proven virucidal effectiveness.
- Contact surfaces are regularly disinfected.
- A minimum distance of 0,5 metres is to be maintained in all areas and, if necessary, limited by a number of persons adapted to the space.
- The possibility of hand disinfection is guaranteed in all public areas.
- Individual notices politely point out rules of conduct per area.
- All staff members are sustainably trained in their field of activity and are informed about changes on a daily basis and can show one of the '3 G's' at any time.

We are always available to answer your questions, whether before, during or after your stay.
- Travel comfortably by car or train, but please inform yourself in advance about any border closures or country-specific regulations.
- If you feel ill in any way, please stay at home.
- We ask for your understanding that we cannot always accommodate special room requests at this time.
- Our warm welcome applies even without a handshake, because Tyrolean cordiality puts a smile on your face even through a mouth-nose guard!

After relaxing days with us at the Hotel Alpvita Piz Tasna, we kindly ask you to settle your bill without cash if possible.
- To avoid longer waiting times and crowds, you are welcome to settle your bill the evening before your departure.
- We kindly ask you to observe all hygiene rules and the minimum distance even after check-out.
