    With this therapy of Sebastian Kneipp, which is more topical than ever, you activate your body functions and increase your well-being.

    Here you wade like a stork through cold water basins (Wassertreten). You should pull your leg completely out from the water and the forward section of feet should be bent slightly downwards when you immerse your leg again into the water. This movement cools down and stabilizes the circulation and what is more prevents varicose veins.


    After the wading through the water you strip the water off your legs (do not towel down) and you warm them up walking around. A flush of the calves signals a well responding vascular system.
    Regular „Kneipping“ increases the body’s defenses, stimulates the bloodstream and benefits the blood circulation.
