Most of our rooms are designed to accommodate allergy sufferers. However, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance so that everything is already prepared for your arrival.
We also ask you to inform us in advance if you are unable to eat certain dishes due to an allergy or intolerance - we can then make the best possible preparations.

General Terms and Conditions

The prices listed are quoted in EURO and are per person per day including VAT and the Alpvita included services. The local tax of € 3,00 per person per day (from 15 years of age) is not included in the price and will be charged on site.
We are more than happy to accommodate your room requests; however, we cannot guarantee the reservation of specific rooms. The rooms may differ from the images.

Arrival & departure

We kindly ask you to plan your arrival and departure on a weekend. Your room will be ready for occupancy by 15:00 at the very latest on the day of arrival and is at your disposal until 10:00 on the day of departure. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 18:00 by telephone or e-mail.
Kindly note that any meals or beverages consumed after check-out (10:00) are no longer included in the hotel price and we charge €40.00-80,00€ for a late check-out from 10.00 onwards.
The services you have not consumed will not be reimbursed.

Single occupancy

Single occupancy of a double room or suite reduces the rate by € 15.00 per day.

Deposit payment

Your reservation shall be binding upon receipt of a deposit of 40% of the total booking amount by debit/credit card through the booking button (which you will find in your quote) or by bank transfer. Upon written confirmation, you will receive a booking confirmation with the amount to be paid. Should no confirmation or deposit be paid, we are obliged to cancel the room. Once we have received the deposit, your booking is considered a binding reservation. Deposits will be retained as a cancellation fee, with the exception of cancellations made in due time.

Child discounts

The child discount applies to accommodation in the parents' room for two or more full-paying adults:

  • up to 1 year: € 10,00 per night
  • 1 - 3 years: € 30,00 per night
  • 4 - 7 years: 50% reduction from the regular price
  • 8 - 11 years: 30% reduction from the regular price
  • 12 - 15 years: 25% reduction from the regular price
  • from 16 years: 10% reduction from the regular price
Short stays

We charge a supplement of € 10.00 per person per day for stays of up to 3 days.

Late Check-out

If possible, you are welcome to request a late check-out. Check-out on the day of departure is 10.00 a.m. - if you do not check-out by 10.00 a.m., we ask for your understanding that we will charge 40,00€ to 80,00€. In case of a request until 18.00 we charge 40 % of the daily rate. After 18.00 we charge the daily rate.

Online check-in

You can update or fill in your details online to save you time at check-in and avoid long queues. Please find access details in your booking confirmation, in an email that you will receive before your arrival or in our hotel app under the "Ihre Anreise" tab (Your arrival).


During your stay you can park your car in the garage, which is located in the village centre next to the tourist office (walking distance: 4 minutes). You will receive a parking card from us with which you can park for free.


Our Hotel Alpvita Piz Tasna is a non-smoking hotel. We would therefore kindly request that you do not smoke anywhere in the hotel, other than on your room's balcony and in the outdoor area.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are only valid in writing or by email and must be acknowledged by us.

The following conditions apply in the event of a cancellation:

  • up to 2 months before the arrival date: a cancellation free of charge is possible
  • 2 months to 1 month before the arrival date: we charge 40% of the total price of the package.
  • 1 month to 1 week before the arrival: we charge 70% of the total price of the package.
  • in the last week prior to the arrival date: we charge 90% of the total price of the package.
  • We charge the entire booked package price for no-shows and early departures.

  • 3 weeks to 1 week before the arrival date: we charge 40% of the total price of the package.

Our cancellation conditions reflect the Covid-19 situation in the respective period. If there is a travel warning for Tyrol, it is generally possible to rebook free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Bank transfer after cancellation

Please note that fees apply for card payment transfers.


We warmly welcome smaller dogs on request. We charge a supplement of €35,00 per pet per day, food not included. We kindly ask for your understanding that your four-legged friend is not allowed in the dining room and the wellness area. More information about your stay with your pet can be found here.

Spa treatments

If you find that you are unable to keep your booked appointment in our spa, then we kindly ask that you cancel at least one day in advance. Otherwise, we will have to charge you 80% of the treatment price.

Payment terms

You are welcome to settle your bill at our reception on the evening before your departure so that you can avoid long waiting times and crowds. We accept cash, EC debit card, Mastercard or Visa credit card.

Vegan and special dietary requirements

If you have a vegan or other special dietary preference, please let us know at the time of booking or at least a few days before check-in so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Please note that there is a small surcharge for special dietary requirements. This surcharge covers the cost of purchasing special products as well as the additional effort required to prepare your meals. We endeavour to offer a variety of delicious options to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and satisfying.
