"Paznauner Küchengeheimnisse" (Culinary Secrets of Paznaun valley) - Martin Sieberer and the Paznaun Chefs' Club

We have already introduced you to Roland and his passion for the mountains and nature.
But he has another passion that started early on and has become increasingly strong in recent years - cooking.

Together with the Paznaun chefs under the direction of star chef Martin Sieberer, a unique cookbook has been created that takes you into the culinary world of the Paznaun.
