Our dining room - the place where enjoyment is celebrated. Your tables will be lovingly laid by our team so that you can make yourself comfortable and look forward to delicious food. As a qualified sommelière and drinks expert, Michelle will of course be happy to advise you on the perfect accompaniment to your dinner.
Breakfast

Our lovingly prepared breakfast buffet is served daily from 7.30 am - 10.00 am and includes everything you need for an extensive breakfast. This also includes freshly prepared egg dishes and different breakfast variations such as porridge à la minute. If you don't want to start straight away, you can continue sipping your coffee in our garden lodge or on our sun terrace in summer.
Afternoon
Nobody stays hungry in the afternoon either :)
Our daily afternoon buffet offers a delicious selection for the small appetite in between.
- In summer you can expect cake specialities and refreshing creations from our summer kitchen. Daily from 3.30 pm - 5.00 pm
- In winter our kitchen team will spoil you with various soups, salads, cakes and other sweet treats as well as a dish of the day. Daily from 3.00 pm - 5.00 pm
Regionality
Enjoy the flavour of the region.
Did you know that most of the ingredients for our dishes come from the region? We source the majority of our products from local companies and producers. In summer, all the herbs come from our own garden, which we tend with passion - you can taste it too, we promise ;). Our venison comes from Roland's own hunt and in summer we are also busy picking mushrooms, whether it's Roland, our chef Jaro or our aunt and uncle - we are always well looked after.

Every evening, hotel boss Roland Salner and our Alpvita kitchen team stand behind the cooker and conjure up traditional and modern delicacies for you. We focus on modern interpretations of Austrian cuisine as well as international classics - just the way a holiday in Austria should taste.

Our qualified sommelière Michelle Salner is passionate about drinks, and wines are particularly close to her heart. Michelle prefers to give personalised advice to find the perfect wine that meets personal preferences and complements our dishes perfectly.
Michelle has also discovered the art of bartending for herself. Together with our service team, she creates unique cocktails and delicious drinks. Would you like a "Monkey Tea-Time" with a little show or perhaps one of Michelle's own creations, such as the "Bramble Fizz"?
You can also look forward to a carefully selected range of non-alcoholic drinks that are refreshing in the truest sense of the word. Alcohol can, but doesn't always have to be :)
