How far is the Alpvita Piz Tasna from the gondola?
You’ll be staying in a central yet pleasantly quiet location. You can reach the gondola in just a few minutes via the village tunnel – and best of all, the run down to the valley starts right behind our hotel, so you can ski almost right up to the door after a day on the slopes. |

Is there parking available right next to the hotel?
We won’t leave your car out in the rain. :) |

Are dogs allowed at Alpvita Piz Tasna?
Please note that we do not allow pets in our hotel. |

Can I still go skiing on the day of arrival or departure?
Yes, that’s possible at any time. You’re welcome to get changed before check-in and freshen up with us again after a day’s skiing. You can leave your luggage with us at any time, allowing you to enjoy your arrival or departure day in complete relaxation. |

Is there a spa area at Alpvita Piz Tasna?
Yes – our spa is the perfect place to unwind after an active day. You’ll find an indoor pool, a variety of saunas and steam rooms, cosy relaxation areas and a small vitamin bar – all included in the price, of course. Massages can also be booked by appointment. |

Do you serve breakfast and dinner?
Your day with us begins with a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet, and in the afternoon you can enjoy our Paznaun Marend – both included in the price. Half-board? We don’t offer it in the traditional sense – but you’ll still enjoy plenty of delicious food with greater flexibility. :) Dinner isn’t included in the room rate – but you’re always welcome to treat yourself to a culinary delight in our lovingly run dining room in the evening – tailored to your taste and schedule. |

Is there a ski room at the hotel?
Yes, we have our own ski and boot room with heated ski boot racks – so you can hit the slopes every morning warm and fully prepared. |

Can I buy the ski pass directly at the hotel?
Yes, you can easily buy your ski pass from us at reception, saving you the hassle of queuing at the valley station. |

Is the Alpvita Piz Tasna in a quiet location?
Yes, our house is in a pleasantly quiet yet central location. This means you can retreat and relax whenever you like – yet still be right in the thick of things in just a few minutes. |

Is the hotel open in the summer as well?
Absolutely. In summer, Ischgl is quieter, more spacious and perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the great outdoors. As a direct booker, you’ll receive the Silvretta Card Premium as part of your stay – which includes a wide range of benefits in the region. |

Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel – although we do think that some offline time can be just as valuable when you’re on holiday. |

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We’d be delighted to help. Whether you’re vegetarian, have food intolerances or have any special requests – just let us know in advance. We do charge a small surcharge for special products. |

Is there an electric charging point at the hotel?
We have an electric charging station right outside our hotel, where you can conveniently charge your car and park it at the same time. We’ll simply add the cost to your room bill. :) |

Is the hotel easily accessible by public transport?
Yes, the nearest bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away. This makes it really easy to get to the mountain railways and the town centre – even without a car. |

Booking & Reservation information

When can I check in and check out?
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready from 3 pm. On the day of departure, you must vacate the room by 10 am. Late check-out is available on request at reception. For departures by 2.00 pm, we charge 40% of the room rate; for departures by 6.00 pm, we charge 50% of the room rate; and for departures after 6.00 pm, the full room rate applies. |

What payment options are available?
To avoid any delays, you are welcome to settle your bill at reception the evening before your departure. We accept cash, debit cards, and VISA or MasterCard. |

How do the cancellation terms work?

Is travel insurance worth it?

Is a deposit required to make a booking?
Your booking becomes binding as soon as we receive a deposit of 60% of the total booking amount by debit/credit card or bank transfer. |

What happens if I need to cancel at short notice?
Depending on when the cancellation is made, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with our terms and conditions. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance. |

Does Alpvita Piz Tasna offer discounts for children?
The discount for children staying in their parents’ room with two full-paying adults is as follows: |

Do you also accommodate short stays?
During the winter season, we charge a surcharge of 10% of the room rate per person per night for short stays of up to 3 nights. |

What are the terms and conditions?
The prices quoted are in euros and are per person per day, inclusive of VAT and the Alpvita inclusive services. The local tourist tax of €4.00 per person per day (for guests aged 15 and over) is not included in the price and will be charged on site. |
