We have an electric charging station right outside our hotel, where you can conveniently charge your car and park it at the same time. We’ll simply add the cost to your room bill. :)

If you’d like to have your clothes cleaned, please ask at reception for a laundry bag. The cost depends on the quantity, the number of wash and dry cycles, and any ironing service required, and will be charged directly to your room bill from €20.00. Your freshly laundered clothes will be returned to your room as soon as possible. :)

To avoid any delays, you are welcome to settle your bill at reception the evening before your departure.

Every morning, you’ll find our menu on your breakfast table, featuring the daily changing evening menu, themed evenings and our popular all-time favourites. You can simply indicate your choice on the enclosed menu – we’ll take care of the rest and set a lovely table for you in our dining room.

If you’d like to choose your wine for the evening during the day, our team will be happy to ensure it’s perfectly ready to drink by the time you arrive for dinner.

For hygiene reasons, please do not wear swimwear in the sauna area. You are welcome to wrap a towel around yourself.

We all like to relax, so we ask that you help maintain a peaceful atmosphere throughout the pool, sauna and relaxation areas.

Under 16s
Children under 16 are welcome to use the pool area and the clothed sauna.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We kindly ask you not to smoke anywhere in the hotel, with the exception of your room balcony and the outdoor areas.

Appointments must be cancelled at least one day in advance; otherwise, 70% of the treatment fee will be charged.

We won’t leave anyone out in the rain! ;)

You can borrow umbrellas from reception at any time – simply pay a deposit of €25.00.

If you follow a vegan or other special diet, please let us know when booking or at least a few days before check-in so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Please note that a small surcharge applies for special dietary requirements.
This surcharge covers the cost of purchasing special products as well as the additional effort involved in preparing your meals. We strive to offer a variety of delicious options to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant as possible.
