Silvretta Card Premium
The Silvretta Card Premium (for direct bookers of the website) is included free of charge with your stay - we will be happy to issue it to you at reception and tell you more about the benefits.

Dining room
You don't need to book for breakfast and afternoon snacks. You are welcome to choose your evening meal in the morning - you will find the menu card at your table. Important: please let us know of any intolerances as soon as possible.

Your bedroom
In the bathroom you will find a sauna bag, including a cosy bathrobe for a break in our wellness area. You can either use the mini-bar to keep your personal items cool or we can bring drinks directly to your room.

'Hiking bus'
During your stay with us, you can use all hiking buses in Paznaun free of charge (with the Silvretta Card Premium).

Sun terrace & garden lounge
Whether it's the sun terrace with a view over Ischgl or a shady spot in our garden lodge - you'll find the perfect place to relax here. Order your drinks conveniently at the touch of a button and enjoy your aperitif/digestif - relaxed, right? ;)

Wash & repair area
For bicycles and motorbikes you will find both a washing and a repair area at your disposal.

Lunch Box
If you have to leave early on the day of departure, you are welcome to order a lunch box at reception by 6.00 pm the day before at the latest.

Payment
For a relaxed departure, you are welcome to pay at reception the evening before. We accept cash, VISA, MASTERCARD and DEBIT CARD.

Check-Out
Please leave the bedroom by 10 am. Late check-out is possible on request at reception. We charge 40% of the room rate for departures before 2.00 pm, 50% of the room rate before 6.00 pm and the full room rate after 6.00 pm.
