Our secret recipe? We love what we do, and you can taste it. :) With produce from the region, a real joy for trying new things and a kitchen team we're truly proud of!! To be honest: our dining room is one of our favourite places in the whole house. And we hope it will soon be one of yours too. :)

Breakfast
Every day from 7:30 to 10:00 am, our lovingly prepared breakfast buffet has everything you need for a long, leisurely breakfast, including freshly made egg dishes and different breakfast options such as porridge à la minute. And if there's no rush to get going in summer, just take your coffee out to the garden lodge or the sun terrace and enjoy the view over Ischgl.

Afternoon in Winter
Back at the hotel after your last run, ski boots off, and then? Time for a "Jause", our Tyrolean afternoon snack! Every day from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, we treat you to soups, salads, a warm dish of the day, cakes and sweet treats from the buffet.

Dinner in Winter
Every evening, things get really cosy here. From 6:30 to 7:30 pm, our dining room is set for you, right here in the house. No wet streets, no hunting for a free table in the village. Just take a seat and enjoy what may well be the best hours of the day.
In WINTER, dinner can be booked separately. Every morning at breakfast, we present what Roland and our kitchen team are preparing for the evening: a three- or four-course menu, depending on the night. You can enjoy the full menu or simply pick the courses you're most looking forward to. And if there's ever nothing that takes your fancy, there are always our All-Time Favourites, classics you just have to love.
Every evening has its own character: sometimes typically Austrian, sometimes alpine, sometimes it's steak night, and quite a bit more besides. But that's all we're giving away, a little surprise is part of the fun ;)

You're very welcome to reserve your table from home, for individual evenings or for your whole stay. Then all that's left is the agony of choice: what do you fancy tonight? :))

No problem, guests from outside the hotel are warmly welcome too, on request.

What it costs
As a rough guide: a full menu is around €60. Meat main courses cost about €30–45, fish around €30, and soups, starters and vegetarian dishes correspondingly less. The exact price naturally depends on which specialities are on our menu at the time. We keep our prices deliberately fair, simply because we love it when you enjoy your meals here with us! :)

Dinner in Summer
In SUMMER, dinner is already included in the price. After a day in the mountains, a three-course menu awaits you every evening, with everything our summer kitchen has to offer. So all you need to bring is your appetite. :)
Regionality
Enjoy the flavour of the region.
Did you know that most of the ingredients for our dishes come from the region? We source the majority of our products from local companies and producers. In summer, all the herbs come from our own garden, which we tend with passion - you can taste it too, we promise ;). Our venison comes from Roland's own hunt and in summer we are also busy picking mushrooms, whether it's Roland, our chef Jaro or our aunt and uncle - we are always well looked after.

Every evening, hotel boss Roland Salner and our Alpvita kitchen team stand behind the cooker and conjure up traditional and modern delicacies for you. We focus on modern interpretations of Austrian cuisine as well as international classics - just the way a holiday in Austria should taste.

Cheers, to a good time
Our qualified sommelière Michelle Salner is passionate about drinks, and wines are particularly close to her heart. Michelle prefers to give personalised advice to find the perfect wine that meets personal preferences and complements our dishes perfectly.
Michelle has also discovered the art of bartending for herself. Together with our service team, she creates unique cocktails and delicious drinks. Would you like a "Monkey Tea-Time" with a little show or perhaps one of Michelle's own creations, such as the "Bramble Fizz"?
You can also look forward to a carefully selected range of non-alcoholic drinks that are refreshing in the truest sense of the word. Alcohol can, but doesn't always have to be :)
