Ski pass & ski hire
You can buy your ski pass directly from us at reception and save yourself long queues at the cable car ticket office. Our partner shop Ischgl Rent is very close by and we have exclusive % cards for you! Just talk to us at reception - we'll be happy to help you. :)

Esszimmer
You don't need to book for breakfast and afternoon snacks. You are welcome to choose your evening meal in the morning - you will find the menu card at your table. Important: please let us know of any intolerances as soon as possible.

Your bedroom
In the bathroom you will find a sauna bag, including a cosy bathrobe for a break in our wellness area. You can either use the mini-bar to keep your personal items cool or we can bring drinks directly to your room.

Room Cleaning
Every day, our housekeeping team ensures that your room is thoroughly cleaned - a ‘major’ cleaning, to put it affectionately. On Mondays, however, there is a ‘small’ clean: Our Anabel will be happy to change your towels, take out the rubbish and make your bed. If that's not enough for you, please let reception know.

Ski-Service
If your skis need to be freshened up for the piste, we can easily do this overnight. Just ask us at reception.

Ischgl Events
There is a lot to experience and to make sure you don't miss anything, have a look at the weekly programme on the Ischgl website.

Lunch Box
If you have to leave early on the day of departure, you are welcome to order a lunch box at reception by 6.00 pm the day before at the latest.

Payment
For a relaxed departure, you are welcome to pay at reception the evening before. We accept cash, VISA, MASTERCARD and DEBIT CARD.

Check-Out
Please leave the bedroom by 10 am. Late check-out is possible on request at reception. We charge 40% of the room rate for departures before 2.00 pm, 50% of the room rate before 6.00 pm and the full room rate after 6.00 pm.

Good-to-know

Night entrance
You will find this to the left of the main entrance, directly by the garage. The main entrance remains open as long as our bar is open. :)
